Donovan Catholic Scholastic Olympics
Congratulations are extended to the Saint Dominic School's Olympic Team! They placed second overall at the Twenty-Sixth Annual Donovan Catholic High School Scholastic Olympics. The event, held on April 2, 2019, was attended by 13 local parochial and public elementary schools, with over 200 students participating.

A special note of congratulations is extended to Megan Ebinger for receiving the gold medal in Math, Julie Minarick for receiving the gold medal in English, Tony Freay for receiving the gold medal in Spelling, Joseph Miller for receiving the gold medal in Technology, Brian McKeon for receiving the gold medal in Music, Kailie Zebick for receiving the silver medal in Technology, Mitchell Hnatt for receiving the bronze medal in English, Carissa Cahill for receiving the bronze medal in Spelling, and Daniel Nguyen for receiving the bronze medal in Science.

We would also like to congratulate the other members of the team, as their cumulative scores assisted the team in placing second overall in the competition: Salvatore Bellomo, Lauryn Case, Kevin Gambert, Josephine Gondek, Riley Kurmin, Aedin Naiduk, and Drew Wrightington.

We would like to extend a special thank you to all of the parents who came to support our academic competitors at Donovan Catholic High School. The students were wonderful examples of academic success at Saint Dominic School, and they are to be congratulated for their efforts. We are so proud of the entire team, and we look forward to next year's competition!
