Kristin Halldorson is a bachelor's prepared registered nurse with degrees from TCNJ and UMDNJ, licensed to practice in NJ since 2011. Previous clinical experience includes post-acute and long-term care skilled nursing, case management, and informatics. She joined the Health Office full-time at Saint Dominic School in 2022. Kristin is professionally affiliated with the local Ocean County School Nurse Association and the Private, Independent, and Parochial School Nurse Special Interest Group of the National Association of School Nurses. 

Professional certifications:

• Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) through the American Heart Association
• Children's Vision Screening through Prevent Blindness. 

In addition to caring for students in the health office, her responsibilities include:

• Daily attendance
• Faculty/Staff training on special health care needs
• Vision, hearing, and scoliosis screenings
• Communicable illness surveillance
• Immunizations and physical record maintenance​
